RENTAL AGREEMENT & POLICIES
Retrieve It Yard Cards is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup, rental duration, or removal of any yard card greeting displays. Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard card greeting display. We also ask that you do not remove our signage or any part of our display from the specified lawn for any reason. Should you need them picked up early, give us a shout and we’ll be happy to take care of it.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
This agreement contains the terms & conditions for Retrieve It Yard Cards. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering your yard card greeting display. You should understand that by ordering any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

PAYMENT
Payment is to be paid in full at the time of booking to hold the reservation – unless prior, approved arrangements have been made with the management of Retrieve It Yard Cards (e.g., paying with cash at the time of delivery).

CANCELLATION
Cancellations at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery will result in a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery will result in a 50% refund or a credit to be used later. Cancellations made on the day of scheduled delivery may not receive a refund.

RUSH ORDERS
Rush (within 48 hours) and same-day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions: based on available inventory, a rush fee may apply, and orders placed within 24 hours of the requested event day are not guaranteed.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
We will not be able to deliver a yard greeting display if there is lightning, high winds, or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and/or take down or affect the stability and/or potential damage to the yard card greeting display. If inclement weather and cannot reschedule the yard card greeting display, a refund will be honored.

REFUND POLICY
We will not refund payment if the homeowner requests the greeting to be removed, for errors that occur on order submission on behalf of the customer, or if the yard is not install-ready (see the Preparation Instructions for recommendations on how to make the yard install-ready).

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
All yard card greeting displays are meant to be pleasant surprises. It is recommended that the yard be watered (not flooded) the day before the yard card greeting display is installed for the rental duration and that all sprinkler schedules be turned off for that time frame to assist installers and for the visibility of the yard card greeting display. Additionally, remember to notify the homeowner they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so they can plan. Finally, homeowners need to notify yard service companies for the duration of the yard card greeting display. Damage to the signs by any yard services company becomes the responsibility of the homeowner.

DELIVERY
Unless other arrangements have been made, the yard card greeting display will be delivered the evening before or the morning of the event date. All prices include delivery, set up, and takedown of the yard card greeting display.

POLICY
All signs remain the property of Retrieve It Yard Cards. Any damage, destruction, or tampering with the yard card greeting display is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent. If there is any damage to the yard card greeting display or individual pieces, you (the customer or homeowner) are responsible for the replacement of the graphic, letter, or stake at full replacement value.

Retrieve It Yard Cards reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.

BY PLACING AN ORDER AND RESERVING YOUR YARD CARD RENTAL EVENT WITH RETRIEVE IT YARD CARDS, YOU AGREE TO ALL COMPANY POLICIES.
